- Design
Consultant – We are seeking talented designers
experienced in high-end residential
construction, first and second floor additions, kitchens,
baths, extensions, etc. We offer an excellent salary plus
benefits and pension plan.
- Draftsperson
- Westchester / Fairfield Residential Design / Build
firm offers excellent opportunity for candidate with AutoCAD
proficiency. Can freelance from home. Drawings
are paid for on a fee basis.
- Field Superintendent
– Position requires three years experience in home
remodeling industry and thorough knowledge of wood frame
construction, dormers, additions, kitchens, baths, and
interior alterations. We provide a company vehicle,
uniforms, 401K, excellent salary, and full benefits.
- Assistant Project
Manager – Located in our Westchester main office, you
will be responsible for ordering materials, scheduling
trades, and assisting the Project Manager in running several
home improvement projects. Position requires knowledge of
building materials and construction and we will provide
training to qualified applicants.
- Carpenter Foreman –
We are seeking a carpenter foreman with a minimum of 10
years of residential remodeling experience and the ability
to manage a 2/4 man crew. We do not pay by the hour or day…
we pay by the year and you are guaranteed employment 52
weeks, rain or snow. Sound experience in residential home
remodeling, additions, dormers, interior alterations,
kitchens, and baths is necessary to qualify for this
position.
- Estimator –
Applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of wood frame
construction, trades, etc. Computer knowledge is a plus. We
offer an excellent salary, bonus, and full benefits.
As we utilize skilled
crews of carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers… we may
have openings in these trades. If there is no posted opening for
